The mission of the Physician Pipeline Project is to serve as a specialized consultancy for pre-health organizations, providing free, high-quality expertise, guidance, and strategic planning. We aim to equip campus leaders with the resources necessary to build and sustain high-impact programs, ensuring that talent, not background, determines access for their members.

Meet the Founder: Ariel Hus

Ariel Hus is a dedicated Medical Candidate at Nova Southeastern University, driven by a commitment to equitable access and hands-on patient care. As the founder of the Physician Pipeline Project, Ariel leverages his extensive experience to provide free, personalized guidance and strategic consulting to aspiring campus leaders and their organizations.


Ariel's medical expertise is deeply rooted in trauma research, with numerous peer-reviewed publications and presentations in prestigious journals such as The American Journal of Emergency Medicine and Journal of Surgical Research. This rigorous research background, combined with his undergraduate studies in Health Sciences and Public Health at the University of Miami, provides a robust foundation for his organizational consulting.


His passion for service extends globally and locally. Ariel has participated in International Medical Relief missions in Guatemala and the Bahamas, where he led triage, provided primary care assistance, and spearheaded hygiene education initiatives. In the U.S., he has served as an Advocate for the Women's Breast & Heart Initiative and volunteered with the Miami Rescue Mission.


In his role as the in-house medicine consultant for the Leadership & Innovation Lab, Ariel ensures LIL students receive specialized, best-in-class guidance throughout their pre-med journey, particularly those interested in surgical and orthopedic specialties. Whether through high-level research expertise or direct community service, Ariel Hus is dedicated to building a more diverse and prepared generation of future physicians.
